Eating Disorder Counselling
Eating disorders and disordered eating can affect many areas of life, including relationships, confidence, emotional wellbeing, work and study. Counselling provides a compassionate, person-centred space to explore the relationship with food, eating, body image and emotional wellbeing. Support is individualised to recognise that every person's experience is different. Counselling may focus on developing greater self-awareness, understanding patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviours, strengthening coping strategies, and working towards healthier and more sustainable ways of relating to food and body image. Care is guided by a respectful, non-judgemental and trauma-informed approach, with evidence-informed psychological therapies incorporated where appropriate. The therapeutic process is collaborative and centred on each person's circumstances, needs and goals.
Individual Counselling
Individual counselling provides a confidential, respectful and supportive space to explore mental health, emotional wellbeing and personal challenges. Support may include exploring concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, low confidence, emotional difficulties, life transitions and relationship challenges. Sessions are tailored to each person's circumstances, needs and goals, with a focus on developing greater self-understanding, exploring patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and identifying practical strategies that support wellbeing and meaningful change. The approach is collaborative, person-centred and respectful of each individual's pace and experience.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling provides a safe and respectful space for partners to explore relationship concerns, communication patterns and shared experiences. Sessions focus on developing greater understanding, strengthening communication and exploring healthier ways of relating to one another. The approach is collaborative and recognises the unique experiences, needs and goals of each couple.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessment provides a structured and individualised process for developing a clearer understanding of a person's cognitive, emotional, behavioural or psychological functioning. Evidence-informed assessment tools may be used alongside clinical information and professional judgement to inform understanding, diagnosis where appropriate, and treatment or support planning.
Consultation
Mental health and wellbeing consultation supports organisations, businesses and teams to consider the psychological and emotional factors that can influence workplace wellbeing. Consultation may include guidance around staff wellbeing, communication, engagement, mental health awareness and strategies for creating supportive and psychologically informed environments.
Supervision
Supervision provides a reflective, collaborative and supportive space for professionals to explore their practice, professional experiences and clinical work. Supervision can support reflective practice, ethical decision-making, professional development and consideration of different therapeutic perspectives within a respectful and confidential environment.
