Consultation Fees, Confidentiality, and Cancellation Policy
At Life’s InnaSolutions, we believe everyone should have access to counselling. Our fees are negotiable in cases of severe financial hardship. Please note that the fees listed below are for counselling appointments only; additional services like reports may incur extra charges.
Fees:
Psychological Reports:
Prices are on request. This practice does not provide medico-legal reports, legal letters, or court-related documentation. If you require services of this nature, we are able to refer you to appropriately qualified psychologists who practice within this area.
Confidentiality:
Your personal information is gathered as part of your assessment and treatment and is kept securely. Only your treating Psychologist can access this information. Exceptions include risk of harm, court subpoenas, written consent, or legal requirements.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment without incurring any fees. A $50.00 fee applies for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and a $100 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. The full agreed fee will be charged for missed appointments with no notice. In cases of sudden illness or personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
Fees:
- Psychological/Counselling Appointment In-Person: The practice is not currently offering in-person services. All consultations are being delivered via Telehealth
- Telehealth (phone/zoom): $185.00 (50-60 minute session) (*Eligible for Medicare Rebate - $98.95)
- Couples Counselling: $250.00 per hour (not eligible for Medicare rebate)
- Counselling Supervision (Practitioner): $185.00 per hour
