Importance of being aware .... of those around us

It is crucial to be aware that others may be going through something that we can’t see. Compassion, kindness, respect, and understanding goes along way.

As a psychologist it is vital that I always meet my clients where they are at in session. I do this by letting go of assumptions, not personalising and being fully present with my clients.

It is a privilege for a client to allow you to travel with them on their journey.

Such an important reminder—most of what people carry isn’t visible.
